I became a lawyer in order to help people wronged by forces completely out of their control. Over the last two decades, I have represented thousands of individuals affected by tragedy in their fight for justice. I define justice in three ways: getting answers through careful investigation; holding wrongdoers accountable; and securing compensation for my clients.

No dollar figure is ever sufficient compensation for the severely injured or those suffering after the death of a loved one. Indeed, most people would pay generously to be able to return to a time when they were free of disability and pain or reunited with all of their family members. As your attorney, I do not pretend otherwise.

Some matters I handle are straightforward and finish quickly. Many of the cases I undertake are long and difficult.
